11 health center locations across Indiana, and appointments available by telehealth from anywhere.
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicaid.
Low or No-Cost Services
At our health centers in Hammond and Lafayette, we provide low-cost and affordable birth control and other family planning services to patients without health insurance through a federally-funded program known as Title X. You might also qualify for Title X, if you are covered under your parents' insurance and want your visit to remain confidential.
If you don't have health insurance or Medicaid, and don't qualify for Title X discounts, it can be helpful to pay off your balance over several months. Partial payment is required at your initial visit. Monthly installments are automatically paid from your choice of checking/savings account or debit/credit card.
Abortion is legal in Indiana as of September 21, 2022. A circuit court temporarily blocked the abortion ban that took effect on September 15, and we will continue to provide abortion care while litigation continues.
Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates proudly fights for reproductive rights and health care access in Indiana. Learn how you can join the fight. There are many ways you can support their work — from sharing your patient story, to writing legislators, to volunteering in our health centers.
