The Trump Administration’s attacks on Title X–a federal program that provides affordable birth control and reproductive health care to people with low incomes–have impacted Planned Parenthood’s ability to provide care at no cost. While we’re working hard to fight back, we’re offering a variety of payment options to make your visit to Planned Parenthood more affordable.

State and Local Programs
Ladies First
Ladies First is Alaska's program that pays for clinical breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests, and screening and diagnostic mammograms depending upon your age and medical history.
Family Planning Only
Family Planning Only is a program that provides free birth control to people in Washington state who do not have insurance or whose coverage does not include birth control.
Denali KidCare
Denali KidCare is an Alaska program that provides health insurance for teens and pregnant people who meet income guidelines. Visit Denali KidCare for more information or to download the application forms.
