Chief Executive Officer

Christine Charbonneau is the president and CEO. She is the longest tenured CEO in the Planned Parenthood Federation, a founder of Planned Parenthood Online, as well as the pharmaceutical company Afaxys.

Chief Operating Officer 

Rebecca Gibron is the COO, and former CEO of Planned Parenthood Idaho. Rebecca currently serves on the Board of Lab Services Cooperative (LSC) and is the current Board Chair of Kaleido Health.

Chief Policy Officer

Jennifer Allen serves as CPO and as CEO of Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. She previously served as CEO of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia and Policy Director for PPGNHI.

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Boyd is the CFO and has been with PPGNHAIK since 2014. He’s worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, focusing primarily on the financial management and improvement of different healthcare organizations.

Chief Legal Counsel

Hannah Brass Greer is the CLC. Previously, she worked within our policy arm (PPVNH) as Idaho Legislative Director and Public Affairs Manager. Prior to PP, Hannah served as the Public Policy Director/Counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Idaho. 

Chief Information Officer

Robert Napoli is the CIO. Robert has worked in both consulting and hands-on capacities including as a healthcare information systems architect, computer programmer, application developer, database administrator, network administrator, and technical project manager.

Chief Learning Officer 

Anna began her work in Education as an AmeriCorps member in the Oakland Public Schools, then worked as a high school teacher in the Bay area for 10 years. After receiving a degree in Public Health at the University of Washington, Anna came to work for Planned Parenthood in 2007.
