You are required to sign up for a new account to continue to access the NextGen portal features listed below.
Creating an account is easy
Step 1: Verify
Provide a valid email address to our staff. If you're an established patient, you’ll receive an invitation to enroll from NextGen (the email will come from [email protected]).
Step 2: Register
Create a username and password, then follow onscreen prompts to activate your account.
