Sharon Dudash is the Chief Operating Officer at PPGNHAIK and oversees health services in the 6-state affiliate of Alaska, Hawai’i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky and Washington.

Sharon started her career with Planned Parenthood over thirty years ago as a medical receptionist in Texas. Sharon started with PPGNHAIK 15 years ago, when she was hired as a health center manager -- providing direct patient care alongside her staff. Since then she has served as an Area Services Director with health center operations oversight of two states, as Vice President of Patient Services with oversight of four states, and most recently as the Executive Vice President of Patient Services of all six states.

Over her long tenure as a reproductive health care operations expert, Sharon has led several teams through anti-abortion extremism, strategic planning, business operations development and successful affiliate mergers.

Growing up in a military family, Sharon moved frequently. She spent many years in California to be near her retired parents and to raise her own family. Currently, Sharon lives in Washington state and travels throughout the affiliate so that she can support the PPGNHAIK medical staff as they provide high-quality, affordable health care to the thousands of patients they serve every year.
