Thank an Abortion Provider

March 10 is the National Day of Appreciation for Abortion Providers. Started in 1966, this day was designated to honor the life of Dr. David Gunn, the first abortion provider murdered by a white supremacist, anti-abortion extremist. Since then, abortion rights have continued to be under attack with the fall of Roe and numerous state legislatures severely restricting abortion access. On March 10 and every day, we honor and celebrate the professionals that provide abortion care, treating our patients with dignity and compassion. We especially honor our abortion providers that continue to provide care in the face of increased risk and hostility. Please join us in thanking our abortion providers.
