Let’s be clear – sexual and reproductive rights ARE LGBTQ+ rights, and any attempts to take away those rights are an attack on us all. LGBTQ+ people are a part of the Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest community — they are our patients, staff, and supporters, and the fight for LGBTQ+ rights is part of Planned Parenthood’s mission.

While there are many unknowns about the abortion landscape in Arizona and laws continue to be challenged, Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest wants Arizonans to know that abortion care is legal and available in California. People can schedule abortion care in days, not weeks at 19 health centers across San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties.

The landmark donation will help fund service expansion and increase patient access to reproductive and sexual health care. This investment comes at an especially crucial time, as access to abortion and sexual and reproductive health care continues to be increasingly restricted across the country.
