Permanently Closed
In 2022, we permanently closed six health centers: Claremont, NH; Bennington, Hyde Park, Middlebury, Newport, and St. Albans, VT. You can continue to receive care with PPNNE through our Telehealth program for most services or by visiting a nearby location. Learn more.
