PPNNE accepts and respects teenagers for who they are, and recognizes some teens are involved in sexual relationships, while others choose to be abstinent.

We are dedicated to protecting the sexual health of teens by providing accurate information, opportunities to explore and establish beliefs and attitudes, and the skills to communicate their needs.

For teens who are sexually involved, Planned Parenthood is committed to providing resources for safeguarding their emotional and physical health.  For those teens who are abstinent, we are committed to providing resources for withstanding the pressures they may feel to be sexually active.

Teens are confronted daily with sexual choices and decisions. We encourage teens to involve trusted, knowledgeable adults in this process.
