Our fees are based on your household income. Please bring either a pay stub or unemployment documentation if you have it. We’ll never turn you away from the care you need because of your inability to pay.

Services include: birth control (such as the Pill, the patch or an IUD), annual exams, STI testing and treatment, and patient education and counseling. Most, but not all, of the services provided at Planned Parenthood are covered by Access Plan. Planned Parenthood staff can help you determine whether you will need to pay for any of the services you receive at the time of your visit. Men and women are eligible if: you are a Vermont resident, you meet income requirements (less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level), you are not pregnant, and you are not enrolled in private health insurance, VHAP or Medicaid. If you qualify for Access Plan you may also qualify for other programs offered by the Vermont Department of Health. Visit healthvermont.gov for more information.
