Kristen Tilley is chief of staff at Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). She optimizes the president's overall effectiveness with external partners, PPFA leaders, lawmakers, and influencers. Kristen works with the executive leadership team to design and deliver strategic objectives for the organization.

Kristen served as the first chief of staff of the Sundance Institute, a nonprofit that supports independent storytellers and hosts the annual Sundance Film Festival. Kristen developed the Sundance Institute’s racial equity initiative, led its COVID-19 response, and delivered the first ever digital Sundance Film Festival.

Kristen has served as a strategist and leader of initiatives at PPFA, creating the original Office of the President and overseeing the PPFA and PPAF national boards of directors. Kristen has a BA in leadership studies and women, gender, and sexuality studies from the University of Richmond.
