Ilana Esterrich is chief financial officer at Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). She was the chief financial officer at American Coatings Association, a trade association in the paint and coatings industry, and was the chief financial and administrative officer at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, a national security and defense research institution.

She is an advisory committee member of the Washington, D.C., chapter of the CFO Leadership Council and sits on the 2023 North American FP&A Advisory Council at the Association for Financial Professionals. Ilana is also a senior member in the Fairfax Composite Squadron, National Capitol Wing, of Civil Air Patrol, where she serves as the logistics and personnel/administrative officer for the squadron’s cadets. She is a frequent public speaker on topics related to leadership, the future of the office of the CFO, and financial management. 

She has a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
