Since 1994, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America Clergy Advocacy Board (CAB) has led a national effort to increase public awareness of the theological and moral basis for advocating for sexual and reproductive health.

CAB members are dedicated clergy and faith leaders from different denominations and communities throughout the U.S. who work with Planned Parenthood at national and state levels to advance sexual and reproductive freedom for all.

Who We Are

The Clergy Advocacy Board is made up of diverse faith leaders from all over the nation. They represent many cultural backgrounds, races, theological viewpoints, and perspectives.

What We Do

Read our values on contraception, abortion, sex education, biased "crisis pregnancy centers," and other sexual and reproductive health issues.

External Writings

The faith leaders on the Clergy Advocacy Board have authored blogs, articles, essays, and op-eds on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
