“Planned Parenthood really took the time to listen to me, and not only found the source of the problem, which were 14 fibroids that weren't going to be solved with birth control pills, but took steps to fix it, by scheduling a surgery to have them removed…I was provided with a caring, supportive staff the whole way through, and a very knowledgeable surgeon, which made it much easier.”

-Eboney, Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest patient

“I had a hysterectomy through Planned Parenthood…it was consistently the only clinic that treated me with respect as a sexually active single woman with no children…everyone from the front desk to the physician was kind, informed, and professional. They made me feel respected and like a person. They never made me feel like I was making a bad decision or that I should have to continue suffering because I couldn't afford healthcare. Each person seemed dedicated to getting me closer to a satisfactory outcome for my life. I could not imagine having gone another route.
