Expanded Telehealth Services 

For certain types of appointments, you can receive care without visiting the health center in person. We have expanded our telehealth care (telephone or video-based) for some services, including UTI, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, hormonal contraception, gender affirming care (new and follow-up), PrEP refills, STI treatment when a partner's test is positive.

Curbside Medication Pickup

We’re providing curbside pickup of birth control and emergency contraception so that patients and health care workers can remain healthy and safe. 

If you're a new patient, please call us to schedule a telehealth visit first.

Minimal Touch Visits

Visits that require in-health center services, have been converted to a minimal-touch visit.  This means that most of the visit is done remotely, requiring only a small portion of the visit to be completed at the health center.  We are also continuing to schedule visits for IUCs, and implants, to ensure that our patients have access to their desired contraceptive method.

Are you unemployed or don't have health insurance? We can help you enroll in Medi-Cal and California Family Planning Access Care Treatment (Family PACT) so you can get care when you need it, where you need it.

Face Coverings Required

All patients and visitors must wear a face covering inside the health center. If you do not have a face covering, we will provide one for you.

In addition to required face coverings, we are limiting visitors inside the health center:

  • For adult patients (over age 17), only you and any children with you may enter the health center.
  • For minor patients (age 17 and younger), you may bring one friend or family member into the health center with you.
  • For all patients, you may bring a visitor needed for language assistance.
  • Please ask all other friends and loved ones to wait outside the health center.
