If your appointment is at a health center, you must wear a cloth face covering during your visit, per state mandate. Do not enter a health center within 14 days after a known or suspected COVID exposure or positive COVID test.
If you develop a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting, diarrhea or sore throat, call us at (888) 875-7820 to reschedule your visit or make arrangements for a telemedicine visit.
Be sure to bring these items to your appointment:
- Photo identification with date of birth indicated
- Insurance card, if you have coverage. (Insurance coverage for abortion care requires a prior authorization for most plans.)
- Payment for services if you do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance. Payment can be accepted by cash or credit card. PPCW does not accept checks or American Express.
