Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is the largest non-profit family planning and reproductive rights organization in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is a proud provider of sexual and reproductive health care and sex education in Oregon and Southwest Washington. We believe that everyone of all identities and life circumstances deserve access to sexual and reproductive health care. We believe that abortion care is an essential part of comprehensive reproductive healthcare. We believe that education is a vital part of the work we do. Sex education empowers young people, families, and community members with essential life skills, positive attitudes and values needed to realize their health and well-being. We believe everyone deserves a safe and affirming space to make decisions about their bodies. We believe in advocating and protecting reproductive rights and freedom for all.

Medical Services
We serve more than 62,000 patient visits at our health centers in Beaverton, Bend, Milwaukie-Oak Grove, NE Portland, East Portland, and Salem, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Our expert team of caring physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses provides a wide range of health care services, including low-cost birth control, emergency contraception, gynecological check-ups and Pap tests, breast exams, cervical cancer detection and treatment, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, vasectomy (sterilization for men), pregnancy testing and options information, early abortion care, and referrals for prenatal care, parenting and adoption.

Education Programs
Our team of trained educators provides comprehensive sexual health education programs to more than 30,000 youth and parents in our community each year. Our goal is to provide young people with the tools that they need to make informed, responsible choices. We reach out to young people through our teen peer education programs, development sessions for high-risk youth, educational presentations to schools and community groups, and professional training for youth service providers.

PPCW partners with Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon and Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest, which are visible and powerful political organizations advocating for reproductive rights and reproductive health issues wherever public policy is deliberated and formed. PPAO has a grassroots network of more than 35,000 supporters and community-based Leadership & Advocacy Teams. Through our shared efforts, Oregon is a state with no restrictions on abortion and family planning services.
