Post-Appointment Information
In the unlikely event that you are still pregnant, you may need another dose of medicine or to have an in-clinic abortion to end the pregnancy.
We’ll also give you after-care instructions and a phone number you can call with any questions or concerns.

Availability
In-clinic abortion (also known as surgical abortion) is offered up to 12 weeks and 0 days after the first day of your last menstrual period.
If your last period started more than 12 weeks and 0 days ago, we can help connect you to other abortion options in your area.
In-clinic abortions are available by appointment only.
Preparing For Your Appointment
If you desire medication to help make your in-clinic abortion more comfortable, you must have a responsible companion with you to help you get home safely.
There may be additional charges for lab and blood work.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
What To Expect During Your Appointment
At times there may be protesters outside of the health center. We suggest you avoid interaction with them.
Please do not bring children to the health center.
Post-Appointment Information
If you are more than 15 weeks pregnant, your in-clinic abortion may require multiple visits.
NC Requirements
Patients under the age of 18 must have a parent accompany them or have a judicial bypass to obtain an abortion in NC.
