Types of mental health treatment

Whether you are struggling with a mental illness, wondering about your childhood trauma, or lacking the coping skills you need, our therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic treatments and techniques including:

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of therapy that explores your thoughts, the way you think, and how your unconscious, deep-rooted thoughts impact the way you act.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of therapy that works to enable individuals to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing or traumatizing life experiences.

Combining aspects of EMDR, mindfulness, and brain and body-based therapy techniques, brainspotting is an alternative therapy that uses spots in a person's visual field to help them process trauma.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for individuals who feel emotional intensely. DBT identifies and changes negative thinking patterns in order to see positive behavioral changes.
