Open Enrollment in Minnesota
11/1/2020-12/22/2020
Open Enrollment in Minnesota is 11/1/2020 to 12/22/2020. During this time, you can enroll and pick a private plan through MNsure without needing a qualifying life event.
As a reminder, those who are eligible for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare can apply at any time during the year. You may also qualify for a Special Enrollment Period outside of Open Enrollment.
Curbside Prescription Pickup
Our health centers now offer curbside pickup for birth control prescriptions, emergency contraception, and more. Call 1-800-230-PLAN to coordinate your curbside prescription pick up.
Please note, this service is not available at our Eden Prairie health center at this time.
Health Center Services
Planned Parenthood offers a full range of health services at our health centers. Our providers are among the best-trained and most experienced in sexual and reproductive health.
Patient Portal
Patients can use their Patient Portal account to message health center staff, request a refill by mail, view test results and medical records, or pay a bill.
Insurance and Payment
We're in-network for most insurance plans and offer low- to no-cost options for those who qualify.
Financial Help
We have trained staff to help answer your questions about insurance coverage or determine if you're eligible for reduced or no-cost care.
If you have questions about funding or payment options, call 1-800-230-PLAN, we're here to help.
Birth Control Refills by Mail
We strongly advise that patients use our birth control by mail option. Shipping is free and takes between 3-5 days. Using this service helps limit in-person interaction at our health centers.
No-Cost Birth Control
Minnesota patients who don't have insurance may qualify for no-cost birth control and other services through a Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) program called the Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP).
