Whether you’re on campus without access to a car, working long hours, or juggling work and family responsibilities, it can seem like your calendar has no room to squeeze in a trip to your doctor’s office. Fortunately, there are plenty of convenient ways to use Planned Parenthood’s high-quality services from near or afar and when it fits your schedule!
Planned Parenthood “on the go” with our app: Spot On
It might be tempting to place your sexual and reproductive health care on the back burner, especially when you feel fine, but understanding your body can help you stay healthy. That’s why Planned Parenthood built the Spot On period tracker app.
Spot On helps you keep track of your menstrual cycle and the emotional and physical side effects of your period. It can remind you when to take your birth control, provide a space to log your period symptoms, and help you locate the closest Planned Parenthood Health Center. Spot On is the only period tracker app that allows you to track any method of birth control that may affect your period. All this data can sync to the iPhone Health app, too. Bonus: Spot On uses gender neutral language and doesn’t assume the user is trying to conceive!
Our app also features some of our most Frequently Asked Questions—and answers—about periods, birth control, sex, and more.
Need to talk? The Sexual Health Counseling and Referral Hotline is here for you.
Whether you’re worried about a late period or the symptoms of a particular STI, the Sexual Health Counseling and Referral Hotline (C&R Hotline) is here to help. Our hotline volunteers are trained to answer all of your sexual health questions, connect you with our health centers to make an appointment, or refer you to another trusted provider. C&R Hotline counselors are here to discuss birth control options, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing , sexually transmitted infections, your options if you are pregnant, and more.
The C&R Hotline has been helping patients of all ages and genders navigate their sexual and reproductive health since 1974. All of our calls are anonymous, confidential, and 100% free. Call us with your questions at 800-258-4448.
