Gender-Affirming Care

We offer gender-affirming health care services. We are committed to decreasing barriers to health care for transgender, gender nonconforming, and non-binary patients.  Our services include:

  • Gender-affirming hormone therapy for individuals aged 16 and older (under 18 requires parent/guardian consent)
  • Self-injection training
  • Resources and referrals for primary care, mental health, surgery, dental care, legal services, electrolysis, support groups, and more
  • Sensitive sexual and reproductive health care

We follow the Informed Consent model so patients do not need a mental health referral to receive services.

Our gender-affirming care services are available in all our health centers through in-person and Telehealth visits.
