  • In Missouri, the state requires patients to sign an informed consent in-person, then wait 72 hours before the abortion procedure. In Kansas, patients can sign the informed consent online. The state requires you to wait 24 hours after signing and printing the online consent before the abortion. In Arkansas, patients must sign the informed consent in-person with your provider. The state requires you to wait 48 hours after signing your informed consent and before the abortion.
