Planned Parenthood Great Plains offers expert, compassionate sexual and reproductive health services to all individuals regardless of their ability to pay. We currently provide services in 12 health centers, five of our locations share offices with Comprehensive Health which provides abortion services.
In 1931, Margret Sanger came to Kansas City to enlist the community in forming an organization dedicated to family planning. Four years later, what would become Planned Parenthood Great Plains was founded as the Maternal Health League of Kansas City, serving 300 patients in its first year.

We offer sexuality education in schools and community organizations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Presentations are designed to give young people and adults information about reproductive health and sexuality to help them make informed decisions about relationships and sexual behaviors.
