Payment is expected at time of service.
We accept cash or major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Payment plans may be available for some services.
If you are uninsured in Missouri and North Kansas City, Planned Parenthood Great Plains participates in an income based sliding fee program at the Independence, Patty Brous, and Columbia health centers. To determine if you are eligible for these reduced fees, please bring your income information with you to your appointment, such as a pay stub (recommended but not required).
Always bring your photo ID with you to your appointment.
Planned Parenthood Great Plains accepts Commercial Insurance as well as Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma Medicaid plans. Check out the list below to see if your insurance is accepted. Be sure to bring your insurance ID card with you to your appointment.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STI screenings with no copay; and many other services, such as hormone replacement therapy, where a copay may be required. You should contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you are interested in are covered, and what, if any out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay. If you do not see your insurance listed, call our health centers to confirm if we accept your insurance as we may have expanded our in-network coverage.
