Q. This is my first time logging in, why can't I see my records?
A. On the top right hand side there is a tab labeled “my chart” click on it. Now, click on “request my health record”. (You should only need to do this one time)
Q. I requested my records but nothing shows up, Why?
A. It can take up to a day for records to show up on the portal once requested.
Q. How do I get a new token?

Q. How do I change the email address that is linked to my patient portal account?
A. Please call us at 1-888-576-7526 to update your email.
Q. I see a lab result, but I don’t understand the name of the lab?
