If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.
Walk-in patients may be accepted on:
Tuesday, 8:30am-2:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am -2:30 pm.
Please contact the health center for information about which services are provided on walk-in days. Some services are only available when a clinician is present.
Emergency contraception (AKA Plan B/the morning-after pill) can be purchased over the counter for $35 any time our office is open. If you would like insurance to pay for it instead or do not have insurance and cannot afford the full cost, it can be prescribed by a clinician during clinic hours. Bring ID, insurance card and form of payment. If you do not have insurance, bring paystubs and proof of other household income and form of payment. Pennsylvania Medicaid covers emergency contraception.
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. Birth control refills are available everyday during our regular business hours. We can also mail your pills right to your doorstep if you prefer! Just give our office a call to let us know if you'd like to come pick up supplies or have them sent to you directly.
We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
Free parking for our health center is located behind our building.
You may be able to get your birth control pills mailed to you. Ask the health center staff for more information.
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Ask the health center staff for more information.
