We offer the following abortion services:

Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)
If your last period was more than 11 weeks ago, read about our in-clinic abortion services below.

Medication abortion (the abortion pill) involves taking two medications (mifepristone and misoprostol) up to 48 hours apart; both medications must be taken while you are in the state of Michigan.
Your medication abortion appointment will be like any other appointment, except that, when it is time, you may connect with a provider by a secure video conference for a face-to-face visit where they will prescribe the appropriate medications, if it is appropriate to do so.
Plan to be at the health center for 5 hour(s) for your entire visit.
Your appointment will include the opportunity to ask questions & discuss birth control options.
If you want, we can follow up with you to make sure your abortion worked and that you are well. In the unlikely event that you are still pregnant, you may need another dose of medicine or to have an in-clinic abortion to end the pregnancy.
We’ll also give you after-care instructions and a phone number you can call with any questions or concerns.
