If your last period was more than 11 weeks ago, we can still help. Call us for a referral list of health care providers in your area that offer other abortion services.
Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.
Plan to be at the health center for 3-5 hour(s) for your entire visit.
Your telemab appointment will take about 1 hours for the entire visit.
We'll follow up with you, if you'd like, within 1-2 weeks to make sure your abortion is complete and that you are well. In the unlikely event that you are still pregnant, you may need another dose of medication or to have an in-clinic abortion to end the pregnancy.
Michigan law requires that you sign a consent form at least 24 hours prior to receiving an abortion. Please see the link below for more information on Michigan's Informed Consent for Abortion Law and access to the required consent form.

Additional Medication Abortion Information:
Medication abortion (the abortion pill) involves taking two medications (mifepristone and misoprostol) up to 48 hours apart; both medications must be taken while you are in the state of Michigan.
Your medication abortion appointment will be like any other appointment, except that, when it is time, you may connect with a provider by a secure video conference for a face-to-face visit where they will prescribe the appropriate medications, if it is appropriate to do so.
