The Career Readiness and Financial Literacy Program is an integrated approach to develop students’ core academic, money management, and employability skills. The “C.R.A.F.L.P.” is designed to increase students’ knowledge of career paths, based upon their interests and aptitudes. Students utilize the Money Smart Curriculum to enhance their confidence and competence with financial decision making within the program. Students are encouraged to create an inclusive culture, to find their voice, and develop critical skills that will help them successfully navigate college, career, and life.
