About the Portal

  • Appointments: Make an appointment request, or access upcoming and past appointment details.
  • Ask a Question: Send non-emergency questions to PPPSGV without calling, with responses within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Health Forms: Access to forms that may be required to be completed before or during your office visit.
  • Health Record: Access your vital visit summaries and request complete health records.
  • Medications: View current and inactive medications.
  • Messages: Review all communication from your healthcare provider, including responses and documents.
  • Test Results: View test results in the Test Results Section from February 7th, 2024 onwards, and request previous results in the Health Records Section. Your provider will call you if further discussion is needed. Test results may take up to ten business days to appear
