PPPSGV Youth Programs

Peer Advocates

Interested in becoming an advocate? Want to make a difference in your community? Join the Peer Advocate program to learn how to become a leader, create positive change, and build support for reproductive rights and social justice! Not all teens have access to medically accurate, age-appropriate sex education, and access to comprehensive health care services. As an advocate, you can make a difference by becoming a trusted and reliable source of information while building relationships with key decision makers.

Peer Advocates meet every week Wednesday evenings either in-person or online from late August through March.

Applications for the 2023-2024 Peer Advocates Cohort are now open. Click here to apply.

Digital Youth Advisory Board

Are you passionate about sexual health and education? Want to have your voice heard? Join PPPSGV’s youth program - the Digital Youth Advisory Board! This entirely online program is a way for youth in our communities to influence the work we do in education through sharing their ideas on sex education, sexual health services, and anything else impacting youth right now! Your voice will have a powerful influence on the work we do and how we meet the needs of young people throughout the region. Youth Advisory Board members will follow a private Instagram account where they share their thoughts/opinions on content that is posted.

We are not currently recruiting for the Digital Youth Advisory Board. If you would like to be notified when the application opens up, please sign up on our interest list here.
