The State of Michigan's Healthy Michigan Plan is designed to make health care services available to low-income residents of Michigan.
You may qualify for the Healthy Michigan Plan if:
- you are age 19–64
- your income is at or below 133 percent of the federal poverty level (about $16,000 for a single person or $33,000 for a family of four)
- and you are a resident of the state of Michigan
