PPIL offers usual and customary rates for all services.

PPIL will verify your Insurance coverage prior to your appointment. It is important to note that all Medicaid, Federal Commercial, and Illinois Marketplace payers do not cover elective abortion services.

Any remaining patient balances will be communicated to you via a mailed billing statement once we have received a response from the insurance carrier. For questions about specific charges covered by your insurance, you should contact your insurance carrier directly.
