CHICAGO, IL (April 17, 2017) – Planned Parenthood of Illinois (PPIL) and Planned Parenthood Illinois Action (PPIA) are pleased to announce that Jennifer Welch has been unanimously elected by the Board of Directors to serve as the next President and CEO of both organizations starting on May 1, 2017.
