"PrEP is like a promise to your body."

"HIV is more common than you realize. A lot of people aren't going to tell you their status, and some have HIV but don't know it. I think if you're single and sexually active, you could benefit from PrEP. I've been taking PrEP for over a year now."

"PrEP makes me feel safe and protected."

"With my survival in mind, I decided to take PrEP for me. At first I was nervous to start taking PrEP pills. But my body got used to it and now I feel great. I'm protecting myself against HIV and I'm feeling free."

"I consider PrEP self-care."

"People sometimes think about HIV as something that only affects gay men, but that's not true. To take care of myself, I got tested for STDs and got started on PrEP. It was easier to get than I expected and my doctor explained how the costs could be covered. I now have more peace of mind."
