Preparing For Your Appointment
 

Be sure to bring these items to your appointment:

  1. Photo identification with date of birth indicated
  2. Insurance card, if you have coverage. (Insurance coverage for abortion care requires a prior authorization for most plans.)
  3. Payment for services if you do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance. Payment can be accepted by cash or credit card. PPCW does not accept checks or American Express. 

Paying for your visit
 

We accept the following forms of payment:

Private health insurance (most plans accepted)
Medicaid: Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Apple Health (Washington state)
Out-of-pocket: Cash; credit/debit cards; money orders; payment plans available

If you don’t have insurance, financial assistance is available for most services.
