We serve an 18-county region, with 10 locations in Erie, Genesee, Monroe, Niagara, Onondaga and Ontario counties. We also have a Mobile Outreach Unit.
Our centers are staffed by Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, MDs, LPNs, RNs and Clinic Specialists. Services vary by site, but include:
