Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.
Online scheduling available. Select "medication abortion" from the drop-down menu when scheduling.
We'll follow up with you, if you’d like, within 2 weeks to make sure your abortion is complete and that you are well. In the unlikely event that you are still pregnant, you may need another dose of medicine or to have an in-clinic abortion to end the pregnancy.
We’ll also give you after-care instructions and a phone number you can call with any questions or concerns.
Abortion Procedure / In-Clinic Abortion
If your last period started more than 15 weeks and 6 days ago, we can help connect you to other abortion options in your area.
In-clinic abortions are available by appointment only.
If you take any medicines, please continue to take them normally before your appointment or bring them with you on the day of your appointment.
If you have asthma, bring an inhaler if you have one.
If you plan to have sedation, please do not eat for 8 hours or drink clear liquids for 8 hours before your appointment.
If you desire medication to help make your in-clinic abortion more comfortable, you must have a responsible companion with you to help you get home safely.
When you choose an abortion service at our health center, you may also receive the following: pregnancy test pregnancy dating (ultrasound)
At times there may be protesters outside of the health center. We suggest you avoid interaction with them. This health center offers escorts to walk you inside to your appointment. Learn more about protesters at health centers.

- gestation period 12 weeks—13 weeks, 6 days - $850
- gestation period 14 weeks—15 weeks, 6 days - $1000
Abortion services are a covered benefit of Washington Apple Health.
We will contact your private insurance company to verify benefits, and then contact you regarding the costs you may be responsible for.
