Appointments

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 412-562-1900 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

You can make an appointment online or by calling us at 412-562-1900. Our regular appointment line hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturday 8am-3pm. Please note that visit types which require a pelvic or breast exam may not be available through telehealth.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

Appointment Policies and Information

PPWP does not have its own parking lot or garage - we recommend that you park at the Smithfield Liberty garage. We are also easy to get to via bus. Check the Pittsburgh Port Authority website to see which bus line is most convenient for you: http://www.portauthority.org.
