Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you to your appointment.

The state of Ohio will only cover abortion services through Medicaid in special cases. If you are interested in using Medicaid for your visit, please schedule an appointment at our Cincinnati Surgical Center.
