Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Please note: For abortion services we cannot accept checks of any kind. Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please contact us prior to your appointment to verify your coverage and the amount you may need to pay.  Please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit. 
  
  For your first visit, all patients are required to bring $250 of their total cost. The remaining balance will be due at their second visit.

  • Less than 10 weeks gestation and abortion pill: $750
  • 10.1 - 12.6 weeks gestation: $750
  • 13 - 13.6 weeks gestation: $900
  • 14 - 14.6 weeks gestation: $1,050
  • 15 - 15.6 weeks gestation: $1,100
  • 16 - 16.6 weeks gestation: $1,275
  • 17 - 17.6 weeks gestation: $1,300
  • 18 - 18.6 weeks gestation: $1,350
  • 19 - 19.6 weeks gestation: $1,500
