Appointment Policies and Information

Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

For the safety and health of all of our patients, only registered service dogs are welcome in our health centers. Support animals and/or pets are not allowed in our facilities. We appreciate your cooperation.

Services Offered

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. Birth control supply refills are available on a walk-in basis during business hours.

Walk-in Information

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

Advanced and same day appointments, as well as walk-in appointments, are available. Call starting at 8:00 am to make an appointment for that day or arrive at least one hour prior to closing. In addition to other appointment types, emergency contraception and birth control supply refills are available on a walk-in basis during business hours.
