Appointments

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 919-833-7526 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

The Raleigh Health Center offers HELP, a Herpes Support Group, which meets on the second Monday of each month.

Everyone deserves affordable health care. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for health care.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

Walk-in Information

If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

Pregnancy testing, Birth Control pick up and Emergency Contraception are available on a walk-in basis during business hours. Please come at least one hour prior to close.  Please pick up your pills within 7 days or they will be placed back into stock.

Planned Parenthood health centers are operated by regional Planned Parenthood affiliate organizations.
