Virtual Visit for HIV Services
Montana Virtual Health Center offers the following services:
- HIV education
- HIV referrals
Planned Parenthood of Montana offers:
- PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), a medication regimen to help prevent HIV for individuals with high risk of exposure.
- PEP (post exposure prophylaxis), is a series of pills you can start taking very soon after you’ve been exposed to HIV that lowers your chances of getting it. But you have to start PEP within 72 hours, or 3 days, after you were exposed to HIV.
Here’s what you need to know about HIV testing at this health center:
HIV counseling referral services are available.
HIV case management referral services are available.
HIV treatment referral services are available.
If you need a referral to a lab for blood work, please contact us for options in your community.
There may be additional charges for lab and blood work.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Some HIV services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure.
If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
