This estimated pricing ($0–$192) is for an office visit only and does not include labs or medications.
- Typical labs for testosterone-based therapy cost up to $70.
- Typical labs for estrogen-based therapy cost up to $160.
- Depending on individual medical conditions or symptoms, additional lab testing may be required or recommended.
- Follow-up office visit (not including labs or medications): $0–$176
- Hormone medications prescribed by PPMI clinicians are sent to the pharmacy of your choice; the cost of prescribed medications at the pharmacy is not controlled by PPMI and differs based on the type of medication prescribed, your pharmacy, and health insurance coverage.

Some services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.
Medicaid, Medicaid Family Planning Benefits Program, and Medicaid for Pregnant Women accepted.

If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
