If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.
We ask that patients seeking other walk-in services arrive at least one hour before closing.
Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee service to walk-in customers although we will do all we can to accommodate you. If dealing with an immediate need or traveling from a substantial distance, it is advisable to call the health center in advance of your walk-in visit to assess our capacity to serve you without an appointment.

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. during business hours
Getting a physical for school or employment? Please bring all of the required forms with you.
Specially trained staff are available for people with developmental disabilities.
We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
FROM THE SOUTH
Via CT-15 N
Take CT-15 North to Exit 48, CT-111/Main Street. Keep right at the fork to continue onto Main Street. Follow Main Street for approximately 0.6 miles. Our health center is on the right at 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
Via I-95 N
Take I-95 North to Exit 25A for CT-25/CT-8 toward Trumbull/Waterbury, then continue onto CT-25/CT-8 North. Keep left at the fork to continue onto CT-25 N, then take Exit 7 to merge onto CT-15 South/Merritt Parkway. Take Exit 48 for CT-111/Main Street, and use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto CT-111 S/Main Street. Follow Main Street to our health center at 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
FROM THE NORTH
Via CT-15 S
Take CT-15 South to Exit 48, CT-111/Main Street. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto CT-111 S/Main Street. The destination will be on your right in approximately 0.7 miles, 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
Via 95 S
Take 95 South to Exit 38 for State 15. Follow Milford Parkway approximately 1.6 miles, then take the CT 15-S exit on the left toward Merritt Parkway/NY City. Take CT-15 S to Exit 48, CT-111/Main Street. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto CT-111 S/Main Street. The destination will be on your right in approximately 0.7 miles at 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
Via Route 8
Take Route 8 South to Exit 10, CT-15 S/Merritt Parkway. Take CT-15 S to Exit 48, CT-111/Main Street. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto CT-111 S/Main Street. The destination will be on your right in approximately 0.7 miles at 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
Via Route 25
Take Route 25 South to Exit 8 to merge onto CT-15 S. Take CT-15 S to Exit 48, CT-111/Main Street. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto CT-111 S/Main Street. The destination will be on your right in approximately 0.7 miles at 4697 Main Street in Commerce Park.
