Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood continues to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 and the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community is our top priority.  We continue to adhere to the proper infection control in our health centers as well as all necessary precautions including social distancing both inside and outside of our health centers.

UPDATE: If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to our health center. Walk-ins will no longer be accepted, please call us to schedule an appointment. Support people are not allowed in the health center. EC is still available at the front desk at no cost.

We have limited availability for same day appointments as clinic flow allows. If you have not made an appointment but would like to be seen, come to one of our clinics during open hours or call 518-434-5678.  Please note same day appointments cannot be guaranteed over the phone and we may not be able to accommodate every request. If you would like to schedule an appointment, you can do so online here or over the phone by calling 518-434-5678.

As long as our community practices social distancing, we will be hosting Teen Clinic on Instagram Live every Thursday at 5pm. Follow our Instagram at @omgpp to be notified when Teen Clinic starts, and DM us any and all health questions you have—we’ll get back to you with accurate, confidential information. Stay safe, and remember that our amazing clinic staff are here for your medical needs!

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted many issues that our patients face, including barriers to accessing care. One such issue is a lack of access to reliable internet connection and technology, making telehealth appointments a challenge. Our patients deserve quality reproductive and sexual healthcare, even during a global pandemic. That’s why we’re launching the new Digital Access pilot program (DAP), to meet you where you are and get you the care you need via telehealth.
