Appointment Information

Teen clinic is available: Walk-Ins accepted. Teen clinic is Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Birth control refill pick ups are available: with 24 hour notice.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Specialty Services

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.

Please bring the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate or Passport, 4 Most Recent Weeks' Pay Stubs, Official Photo ID, Proof of NYS Residence

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa, Mastercard and Discover debit/credit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Insurance Information

Please see the provided list of insurance plans to find out which ones include Planned Parenthood as an in-network provider.

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STI screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. You should contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you are interested in are covered, and what, if any, out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your visit.
