Our mission is to provide, protect and support reproductive and sexual health, services, access and rights.

Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri has been the leading provider, educator and protector of reproductive health care in St. Louis and Southwest Missouri for over 85 years.

Our History

On June 13, 1932, 23 pioneers in the fight to secure reproductive rights signed the Articles of Association of the Maternal Health Association of Missouri, now known as Planned Parenthood St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri
